I ran walwarebytes and it found one file that they marked as walware. It is TrueSight.sys file and it is located in the C:\windows\system32\drivers folder. I read conflicting views on this file. Should I be concerned with this file?

Guessing you mean MALwarebytes.... Also guessing that MALwarebytes also put the file in quarantine. If something breaks and asks for the file you can bring it back.
Some suggest, as you've probably seen, that it could be a file related to "Roguekiller" which is an anti-malware program that is sometimes recommended to deal with same. Have you ever run that program? It may have been recommended here in our own intensive care forum if you ever had a thread there.

That's not good news. Keep the file in quarantine for sure. Our intensive care forum is not operating at the moment but I'd suggest going here for a full scan of your computer....

It doesn't look extremely dangerous but it would be good to do the full scan sooner than later. Do let them know that you've got that file in quarantine.
