Toshiba P875-S7102
I was deleting programs from this laptop I got and when I tried to connect to the internet nothing showed up.
I did this start>settings>Network & Internet>I got a screen "Status" "Network status" nothing shown. "show available networks" nothing. "Troubleshoot" could not identify the problem. I am not connected to the internet.
Please let me know if you need more info.

Was the internet connection working BEFORE you started deleting programs?
Should it be using wired or wireless?
Go back into-> start>settings>Network & Internet>and click into ethernet or wireless and peak at the settings.

Yes the internet connection was working

That would seem to indicate that the wireless adapter is not working. There may be a switch or key combination that enables/disables the wireless network adapter.

Have you tried the wired adapter?
I checked for a switch for a wireless adapter and there is none. Toshiba has them but not on this laptop apparently. I also tried a wired adapter and it did not work. I had been using it before with wireless. I also looked at Device Manager and it said both were working perfectly if that has anything to do with it. Sounds like I'm out of luck.
The first thing to try would be to reinstall the drivers for both the wired and wireless network adapters, from the Toshiba web site. If that fails, then here are some other options:

You could also try doing a System Restore to a point before you started uninstalling apps, assuming you had System Restore enabled.
