I've never used one but user reviews are good. That brand is sold by Canada Computers which is a well known and reliable company in Canada so that's positive.

The reviews look good. Keep in mind that it is a 2K monitor with 2560x1440 resolution, which is probably twice what your old monitor had. You may have to change some settings to get your desktop looking like it did previously.

If you are not gaming, the standard refresh rate should be fine.
Most newer monitors should have resolution at least as good if not better than your old one.
