How can I tell what band is supported?

It's an HP Laptop (GGV1B7F) running win 10 home

I'm trying to find out if this wifi card suppotrs 5G. I can't get it to connect and I was told it only supports 2.4(?)

The error is network password wrong (but it isn't)

RTL8723DE802.11b/g/n PCI/e Adapter

Supported Radio Tpes: 802.11b, 802.11g. 802.11n

If 5G is supported, can anyony offer suggestions to get it connected?

It's only 2.4GHz according to Realtek. I think you meant 5GHz, not 5G.
