MESH WIFI
This will be my last question, starting a new thread, for today.
Two topics:
First, I noticed this new technology Mess WIFI. Can someone who have used it, share your experience? My sister has a big house and she will upgrade her router.

Second, I just bought a second router which is my first NetGear. It is not MESS wifi. My old router is about 4 years old. I cannot believe the speed and range coming out from the NetGear. App are loading much quicker and ran a speed test.

TPLink C3000 struggles even for distance and dead spots around the house. It also does not compare against my older Linksys router. My sister also bought the same TPLink and it was done after two years.
So the question is, is the huge difference in speed and distance because the newer technology or is it because of the brand?

This is a good article that probably answered the most part of both questions.

WIFI 6 technology.

BTW, it's MESH, not MESS.
It's not necessarily the brand. You'd need to look at the specs of the router (chipset, etc).
Generally speaking, 2.4GHz is better for distance and 5GHz is better for speed/data transfer rate.

Hahaha, I did not realized I did that with Mess. Thanks for pointing that out. Probably look like an idiot if I ask them at Costco, "hey, where is your mess?"
