forgotton how to default video player to one player only

i have a few video players in my windows 10..( latest updates) but I wish to default any video ( mp4) to just one player only ( cyberlink powerdvd17).,

Now I can individually assign a file to open and play in that format for the one time only.,,,

but how to make all default only?
