What's New With Networking Gear ??

I have a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000 that doesn't seem to cut it any more. If I'm connected to it & run a speed test, I may get a 1-3 on the download & a 4-5 on the upload side.
If I switched to my ISP modem, I get 15-20 0n the DL speed. It used to be the other way around. The modem is a C2100T. I'm pretty much in the dark when it comes to modems & routers.
Any suggestions would sure be appreciated. Thank you..................

I errored on that last post the Netgear is an r7900 not 8000...............

I perhaps resolved my own delemma. I just purchased the eero AC Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System (3-Pack) & set them up at various locations around the house & behold now I get 35 dl speed plus throughout the house...
