Just want to share this if you haven't already seen it.
Microsoft made a significant change with the release of Windows 10 and support for webcams that is causing serious problems for not only consumers but also the enterprise. Microsoft just recently addressed the inconvenience in a support thread.
For those who are affected there maybe a fix coming in September.

My laptop (hp elitebook 8730 ) doesn't come with built in webcam I have a detachable USB fitted LogiCam and Yes this doesn't work either . .It used work ver ywell .. but with the latest upgarde and I caught wind of this abnormality with tghe anniversary upgrade discovered that m yLogitech is recognised but won't work ..
I can wait till Sept for this fix ... if there is a fix , kindly post back to this thread .. I don't believe Logitech has a fix either ..
