How do. I change, add or delete the 8 boxes that appear on my home page?
I know they show where I have been but they appeared automatically and I don't want some of them to appear.
I would also like to add a few for sites that I use often.

I think you mean the "Most visited" boxes on the New Tab page. AFAIK, you can only remove links, not set custom links.

You would probably need to install an addon to customize the New Tab page.
