Windows 7 OEM to Windows 10 Retail

This was recently posted in the Dell Community Forums and in a Microsoft Answers thread. Many users on the Dell community forum are getting concerned about the final release of Windows 10 being rollout. There are possible problems in a video explaining the details and also in the Microsoft Answers thread.
