Insufficient access to a KEY?
I have been trying to install an app from AnyMeeting. However, it does not let me.
I had a session with Broni to clean my computer of some garbage which i thought might have been the cause of some little issues. Apparently it was not but now, when i try to install that app from AnyMeeeting, i am getting this error message:
Could not open key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@cnw.com/cnwplugin.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personal
First, Mozilla is not my default browser. It was even closed.
Second, i tried to run it as administrator, with the exact same result.
Finally, when i installed it on my laptop, which is also a Window 7 installation but a 32-bit machine, it worked fine and installed correctly without any error message.
Any idea would be causing that?
