Am3 fan suggestions

Hey all, been a while since I've been here! I am putting together a new PC for the wife, it's an Am3 Phenom II x 4 processor. I am looking for suggestions for a good, quiet fan for the processor itself. Probably want to put at least 2 other case fans as well. My history is that usually fans make a lot of noise and I don't want to spend $30 or $40 on a noisy fan so if you have ideas about some good heat sink or heat sink fan combo and some quiet case fans I would appreciate it greatly.

I've always had good luck with Zalman or Thermaltake fans. And a good place to buy is:

Those are good brands. Also, the reviews on NewEgg.com can be very helpful in pointing out any issues with fit, etc., as well as giving ratings for the various models.
