My PC as per the specs listed has into hestitation mode for no reason i can find.
Nothing running in the background, clean of junk and spyware.
Everything i do is wait.
Only thing i can see is the hard drive light is on for long periods for no reason
Any ides?

Try tracking down source of issue via
Windows Task Manager > Processes tab > CPU.
It would probably also be a good idea to run the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostics. The drive light could also be on due to read retries. The Ultimate Boot CD has most manufacturer's diagnostics.

Have you cleaned up Temporary Internet Files, etc. lately? You could use DiskCleanup
