Android bugs me
I remember years ago microsoft had law suits up to their ears, something to do with IE being preinstalled and not being able to be uninstalled. I think ms were forced to maked IE an option not a default.
Why is it Android software has all this preinstalled google stuff that cannot be uninstalled. Even facebook and twitter apps can't be uninstalled.
So my dumb question is why can google get away with programs that cannot be uninstalled in android yet MS could not have IE as a default.
Death to google. Long live microsoft and bing.

Android is Open Source. You are free to make whatever changes you want to it:
http://source.android.com/
I doubt that a lawsuit against a company supplying free software which can be freely modified would get very far somehow ;)

AFAIK there are no apps that can't be uninstalled.
I have an Android Galaxy S handset that I've changed just about everything there is - apps, modem, OS version, screens images, ...
The only thing Google is Android itself.

I have galaxy s and i count about 30 apps that are installed by default and canot be uninstalled. Google search and gmail included

Same on my Galaxy Tab 10.1: Gmail, Google Search, Backup Transport, Bookmarks Sync, Contacts Sync, Partner Setup, Maps . . .

Microsoft is not prevalent in the mango software.

The bonus is office is free.
