Intel Chipsets for Blu-Ray

Intel says that the Intel G43 chipset can be used to play a Blu-Ray disc on this page

They also say that the Intel G45 chipset can be used to play a Blu-Ray disc.

I think that only the G45 chipset has hardware decoding of MPEG 2.

What else if anything is needed to play a Blu-Ray disc with the G43 Chipset besides Vista, and the BD drive?

Why isn't the Blu-Ray disc capability stated for the G43 as in the description for the G45 chipset?
