Do PC's use the same voltage? And what I mean is with all the voltages from around the world, does a PC use the same voltage once it's past the power supply?

All the internal voltages are the same, it is laid down by the ATX standard:
12 volts
5 volts
3.3 volts
5 volts standby
There may also be -5 volts and - 12 volts on some PSUs, though they aren't used on modern systems.
The AC voltage is universal 100-240 volts 50HZ to 60Hz on all the PSUs that I've seen in the last 5 years at least, which covers every country in the world as far as I know. It's possible that a few cheap supplies may still use an input selector though.
If the computer's power supply voltage and frequency is compatible with the electrical outlet's voltage and frequency, then things should be fine.
