Right click on the Desktop select Personalize-> Display Settings lower the setting.
Or Control Panel>Display.
Steve R Jones and SuperSparks. Something seems wrong somewhere. My resolution is set at 1440 x 900 which is recommended. The display is set to default - smaller at 100%. Not sure what to do next. Thanks
Have you tried a system restore?
Are you only referring to the text being smaller? If so, in Control Panel>Display, alter the DPI setting.
fink and SuperSparks. Restore didn't do it. SuperSparks everything is small, text and pictures both.
KevinB11--Change to 125% or larger if needed.Quote:

Is the Windows wallpaper of background still filling the entire monitor screen area, or do you have black bands or borders on it?

KevinB11--Glad to hear the good news and that a suggestion helped.
You are welcome.

Luckily it was an east solution :)
If this occur again, and I hope not for you, I think you can use your keyboard to accomplish this feat. Hold down the Windows key and press the + key to enlarge it or Windows key and the - key to decrease the print. Use this method anywhere for any web page.
