I don't know what everyone is using, but I like to use Google for searching, and do go on Facebook. When I do so, it is in https:, might as well be safer while doing it. I use a nice little plug in for FireFox called HTTPS Everywhere. :)

Interesting. Certainly nice but I would guess it's quite limited at this point as to which sites it works on. It would be very worthwhile when using a public internet connection like Starbucks and such, especially where passwords must be entered.
They have the "development branch" plug in that one can install if you want to help test further site development. If you are into writing your own rule sets, that is an available option also. The Proxomitron crowd would like this type of app. :)
This doesnt work on all sites....... (This server for example DOES NOT SUPPORT SSL)
Nothing special about this "Plugin"
However on sites like this THAT DO SUPPORT SSL but keep dropping you from the SSL side (Server not configured right) it may be usefull on!

Maybe you can write some new rule sets for it, and make it special. :) Every little bit of safety is worthwhile on the net. imho of course. :)
