[RESOLVED] Amin. rights in Windows 7

Hi,

I have Win7 installed and the PC already has 2 accounts with Admin rights. I want to install a software as some kind of "super admin" so that all existing accounts will have access to that software rather than installing the software individually by logging into the existing 2 accounts.

Can someone kindly help.

Any software installed by any account with Administrator rights will be available to any other user.
