Windows Live Mail
I hope I explain this correctly. I have set up a GMAIL account for my wife and I have Windows live Mail on my PC for her to check her GMAIL when she is home. This way she does not have to remember the user name and password. While she is away she can go to GMAIL on the web. I have it set up to leave messages on the server.
I noticed when in Windows Live mail there are three sections, one that shows GMAIL and one that says all mail and at the top quick views. I want this to be as easy as possible for her. Any ideas on this would be appreciated. I have gone brain dead on this one.

Wouldn't the simplest solution be to use Gmail only?
Go to Gmail.com, type in your username and password and you're in.

My wife has been using Outlook for so many years she does not want to have to sign in with user name and password. She prefers to double click the icon and she is in.

If you allow Google to store it's Gmail cookies, check the box labeled Stay signed in and when finished, just close the browser (do NOT click on Signout), then Gmail will always open up just like Outlook or Live Mail. On my new Windows 7 netbook, I decided to not load any email program. Just no longer necessary...

I will let her know that. Thanks for the advice.
