[RESOLVED] Having some trouble,
(before I start, I'm running Windows Vista, SP1, 32-bit, Home Premium)
Well I'm not sure whether or not to post this in the virus section because it doesn't totally focus on a virus issue, more or less an issue it's causing on my laptop. So read threw this, if it belongs in the virus section please move it.
I'll give a quick review of what happened, a couple days ago, I accidentally clicked an ad on a website (a Google ad) because I was rushing between windows finding music and what not, and it all of a sudden puts a virus on my computer that showed itself as a virus program called (antivirus soft) and acted as windows because it used the same bubbles windows pops up sometimes. It also blocked all Microsoft programs from running, so I couldn't use task manager or open files or even shut down. Now what I did was locate it because I noticed it started on start up, so msconfig>startup seemed to help me find it's location, deleted it, good, it was gone. Did a full malware scan, got nothing. But it seems to have damaged or changed some configuration in my computer because some things aren't working right. I first noticed a tiny bit of slowness. The day after, my iTunes would not connect to the iTunes store, so then today, after trying to troubleshoot it, I installed the latest version, from 9.2 to 9.3, and right after the program started, my computer went in a total lock up, wouldn't work what so ever. Force shut down, and tried to open iTunes, again, same problem. So to stop putting so much stress on my computer, I googled this and couldn't find an exact problem someone else was having. I then noticed safari wouldn't connect to the internet also along with IE (I checked IE to see if safari was the only browser), but firefox is still working. Then I thought, I should try a Windows Update, but that isn't working either. I get this error every time;
Code 80072EFD, Windows Updated encountered an unknown error.
I'm really confused as to what to do, what's going on, and if the virus is still on my computer? It seems to have damaged some networking stuff. I'll show you what the virus was, I googled and couldn't find not 1 search result on it, so it's probably a random generated virus, here's a picture from safe mode, I tried to take a SS when it first happened but the virus wouldn't let me open Paint.

I tried to google the .exe but got nothing, so like I said, just a randomly generated name as far as I'm concerned.
So what do I do?
