Address Bar Question

Is there anyway to get the old address bar in win 7?
Not this, Computer>Local Disk(C)>Users>

Not so fr as I can discover, it is one of the features of Win 7. Once you get used to it, you should find that the new way of doing things is a big improvement, as you can click on each element of the path to navigate the folder tree.
