Will these Programs remove worm.win32.netsky?

Typing this from my laptop.

This problem is on my tower running Win XP.
My Rogers online protection froze up and didn't get a chance to quarintine worm.win32.netsky when it detected it so I had to end the protection program.

I've disconnected the tower from the internet.

I currently have a green screen with the icon description names highlighted with the message in the middle of the screen that says

Your system is infected!
system has been stopped due to a serious malfunction
spyware activity has been detected

It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss
do not use the computer before all spyware removed.

I've ran the Rogers online protection spyware scan and it found nothing until later down below. I won't bother running the rogers antivirus scanner since I heard that the rogers protection software is a piece of garbage.

Even though I'm not on the net a msg pops up from windows saying to click here to protect your computer from spyware!
Your computer is infected! Windows has detected an infection of spyware. It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up to date antispyware for you. This must be part of the worm. Correct?

I'm now scanning using SUPERAntiSpyware then I'll run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Rogers just poped up and said it found and quarantined virus in
C:\window\system32\critical_warning.html (I deleted it)

SUPERAntiSpyware so far has detected:
4 Trojan.Agent/Gen
1 Trojan.Agent/Gen-Rogue(Installer)
1 Adware Tracking Cookie

I also got a warning message that popped up
Attention! System detected a potential hazard (TrojanSPM/LX) on your computer that may infect executable files. You private information and PC safety is at risk. To get rid if unwanted spyware and keep your computer safe you need update your current security software. Click ok to download official intrusion detection system (IDS software) ok, so this also sounds like a fake message especially with the bad english. I just gave it a go since I'm not connected to the internet.

Do I need to download and run anything else after running SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

Got it. After I rebooted before the 1st scan I did get a Spyware Alert

Continue working in unprotected mmode us very dangerous.

I gave this a go.

I'm restarting the scan with SUPERAntiSpyware because I wasn't in safe mode. So when I started scanning SUPERAntiSpyware in windows normal mode it got rid of the above hits it found and I'm back to a normal desktop. I still get the message on the bottom right about your computer is infected.......will download and install the most up to date antispyware for you. Is this a legit Windows message? And in safe mode I got the message about the worm.

Anyways I'm going to restart in safe mode and scan using SUPERAntiSpyware and go to bed.
I've downloaded gmer.zip on my stick and will run highjackthis, I just forgot to mention it above.

SUPERAntiSpyware scan is complete. I can't get the log to stay up long enough to copy paste it due to a message popping up saying

Warning
Application cannot be executed. The file is infected. Please activate your antivirus software.

Please download ComboFix from Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

- Close any open browsers.
- Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
- Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".

NOTE. If Combofix asks you to install Recovery Console, please allow it.

I did forget to mention that all the above fake messages are no longer coming up that I had prior to my scans. I currently have a normal desktop.

I will assume that you want me to disconnect from the Internet after I download Combofix so I don't invite any attackers.

Msg from my laptop - now running Combofix - autoscan on the tower PC

After the PC rebooted and while in Find3M preparing Log Report...do not run any programs until ComboFix has finished.
My Antivirus program fired up so I ended it in the bottom RH side of the screen. I should have disabled it in the startup menu in msconfig.

Do I have to redo it? It created the logfile.
