Hey, sports fans!
I got this issue, and it is only annoying since I forgot the old method of taking car of it...old timers disease and all that guff...
I have a Dell C640 laptop...runs fine. I decided to try out the cricket broadband service. I installed a new USB 2.0 cardbus, and it checks out dandy.
I tried using this Coolmax laptop cooler with "extra" USB ports(2.0), and hooked up the Cricket modem. Things went, as the group Fight says "Just a little crazy.."
Now I have these multiple instances of the same hardware, the Cricket. I tried uninstalling them on by one, but got nowhere. Tried safe mode: nada.
I can't remember how to get those extras out. I tried search here, but maybe I was too lame with the criteria.

I believe those other instances are causing problems.
Help a Bruther out?
