Which of these ram upgrades would you recommend for my MB139LL/A?

Which of these ram upgrades would you recommend for my MB139LL/A?

As stated, I have a model MB139LL/A Mac Mini.

I was looking at these:

Out of all of these, the one that appears to be the best performance (CAS latency of 4 instead of 5) and still being highly rated while having the lowest price is this one:

What worries me though is that the "Mac" memory (Yes im aware you don't need to use memory specified for a mac to have it work in a mac) is all Corsair and Kingston brands, and all the highest rated ones in general were G.Skill. My previous Toshiba laptop was VERY picky about what brand of ram I used in it, and I didn't want to run into the same issue with my Mac Mini.

Would this ram work fine? Out of all of those choices, would this be the best one you would recommend or would you recommend a different one?

Also, since I will be at 4 gigs of ram now, do I need to do anything special to run Snow Leopard in 64bit mode?

According to Corsair, the Apple Mac mini 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo (MB139LL/A) has two memory slots, each of which can handle up to 1GB of RAM, for a total of 2GB.

The official specs say 2GB but nearly everybody has told me that the system can unofficially support up to 3-4GB. I have seen 4GB mac minis of that exact model for sale on ebay before, even the Genius at the Apple store admitted that it will probably hit at least 3GB if not 4, but officially on paper it only goes up to 2.

I would take the ones that state they are for mac on them and have matched ram chips. I put a none mac one in my mac book pro that should have worked but it didn't it belonged to a friend so it didn't bother me that i couldn't use it even though he was giving it to me for free.
