[RESOLVED] Firefox opens on 'wrong' monitor

Since trying out Ultramon - now uninstalled - to handle two monitors, I find that Firefox always opens on the 'wrong' (secondary) monitor. All other apps open OK on the primary monitor.

How can I get Firefox to open on the primary monitor by default?

Try holding the CTRL key as you drag it back over.

Reboot the machine and open FF again to complete the test.
