Building new PC, suggestions?
Hi,
This is going to be my second, custom built desktop PC, and I already looked at a bunch of stuff which I would like to know if it's going to be better than my older system and if i should consider going with it. Also if you have any recommendations, would be awesome.
The new system is:

or

My current systems is:
Core 2 Duo e6750 @ 2.66Ghz
evga nforce 780i 3-way sli 1333 FSB
2Gb(1Gbx2) 533Mhz DDR2
PSU 700Watt OCZ GameXStream (Same as the one in the above list)
BFG GeForce 8800GT OC 512Mb GDDR3
500Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200.11
Still not sure which video card to go with, but this time I decided to try ATi. If you know a better one, please not more than $250-260 unless the video card has some kind of mail-in rebate/instant savings of $25 or higher. Also my curent motherboard has 3-sli way but I will never go with sli/crossfire stuff so I decided that 1 pci x16 2.0 slot is enough. PSU is a really good one, survived a burn-out.
As for the hard drive ill choose one later.
Everything is from Newegg.ca
Regards.
