[RESOLVED] DVD Problems HELP pls

Got a new game for pc but now my dvd will not reconize anything. In device manager I am getting this
A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

Hope someone can help ,.even reinstalled (repaired) windows XP and still no go/...

Never mind got it fixed. Found a site on google and recommended I download a microsoft program called fixit for dvd's and worked..thanks anyway

That's the filters fix. Pretty common problem.
