I am going to order parts again for a new Gaming, video editing build. I want to go with a Intel processor on this build so my question is will there be a huge difference between the Duo and the Quad processors?
When I look at processors should I be looking for the most FSB and L2 Cache for the money?
Gaming, dual is still faster.

I'd go for the quad, it may not help a lot with games, but it should with the video editing, and there isn't that big a price difference now.
I have to lean towards SuperSpark's opinion here....for the few extra buckaroonies it is worth getting the quad. I've been doing a LOT of video work lately and the quad is a definite plus. I would personally like to thank the Intel tech who, after much effort and training I'm sure, learned to count from two to four.

That wouldn't be my choice of RAM. I like Corsair, Crucial, OCZ or Kingston.

Now what video card will you use.
That will make a big difference as to the size of ps [power supply] you will need.
Maybe Im reading these charts wrong but I own Core 2 Duo E6750 and I compared it to Quad that seems to have faster rendering time than my CPU, but when I compared them closely by the following link: http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/c...d%5B1264%5D=on
I saw things took Quad to do longer than my CPU? Is it true what Im seeing? How come?
Results vary depending on the software in question.
When the software is written well and utilizes multi cores,
All else being equal, a quad core will outperform a dual core.
As you noted, it all depends of the what you do as to which is faster.
And the way programs/games, etc., are put together is a factor to take into concideration.
