Some people use S-Video cables. Does your computer's graphic card have a S-video port?
No;
Is there any other way ?
Which model is that Inspiron desktop?

What connections do you have on the back of your TV?
I just bought DVD player with USB port.
I put a movie from my computer onto USB memory stick (16MB, so I can put over 20 movies on it), plug the stick into DVD drive, and I'm good to go for next 20 nights.

How do i get the video out of the PC Without ports
You'll need other hardware. But it has also to do with the connections on the back of your tv or tv/VCR/DVD and without knowing what these connections are, we can't tell you which hardware you'll need.
I have a Sony 32" flat screen
On the back Audio & Video jacks,S Video & Composite Jacks
See that's why I asked what ports were on the tv. Some people still only have the old type tv, where there is only a coaxil hook up.
Now that we have that clarified, your desktop also has a PCI-e Graphics slot. You can either buy a tv tuner card to fit your only regular PCI slot, or (and this is the better deal) a new PCI-Express 16x video card. You'd benefit more from the latter as it would also increase your other video, as well as it would have the S-Video port you need to achieve your goal.
