Two wireless routers?
I have a friend who has DSL with a wireless router. He is only able to get wireless in half of his house.
Can he connect another wireless router to the other one and then put that router in a spot that will reach the dead zone (daisy chain)? Part of me says that you should be able to do this as long as both routers are configured the same or do I need to use a point of access device?
Are there any other options I can do? He has tried a signal amplifier/booster which did not work.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Doc,
If your friend is willing to buy a second one (?), he could also sell the first and buy a stronger version that will cover his house. The effective range varies quite largely by make and model.
