IE or eplorer?
IE, R-click a shortcut and select Properties.
In the drop down select maximize.
In proprams, accessories, R-click windows Explorer and do the same thing there.
But should someone drag a window smaller. . . . well it can be remembered and that is what you get.
My fault Train, i mean i have program that automatically runs at startup in full screen mode and i want to restrict it so that my end users cannot click on the maximize/restore but in the upper right corner.
Thanks

Now that, I have no idea how to do. :(
Sorry
But I did find on several programs I have installed, when I right clicked the shortcut in the programs folder, I can change the default opening size.
I got it fixed now.
Thanks for everything
George
