I have this Toshiba laptop that all I know about it is that it has XP with service pack 3 on it. It has Earthlink dialup for the internet. There is no XP disk just a Toshiba recovery disk that I assume came with the computer. When I turn it on I get this:
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 082)
Copyright (c) 1997-200 Intel Corp
For Realtek RTL8139(x)/8130/810x PCI Fast Ethernet Controller v2.13 (020326) PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM.
A disk error occurred
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.
If I do that I get a Toshiba Screen that says "Press F2 for setup F12 for boot device selection menu.
If I do that it just goes back to the "For Realtek" message and repeats that message every 15 seconds or so. Is there any hope for this situation? It would be appreciated.
Thanks.
