Feedback with Windows Live Messenger

Hello All,

When I use my webcam with Windows Live Messenger I am getting serious feedback from my speakers when I am trying to hear the person on the other end. When I am speaking to them they say they can hear me fine. I try lowering the bar for the volume to hear them but it does not help. I have also gone into control panel and played with volume control which I don't think I should have to do. I would then have to go back and fix it back the way it was after I am done with the webcam. I have a Logitech with the microphone built in.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Speakers and wires maybe to close to the computer. Seen that to be the cause.
