Bank Connection

has someone ask me if I had any trouble with my bank connection. We both use the same banking facility, but he has trouble logging into their site, and when he does it moves really slow. Accessing his checking account hangs for some time, and getting other information.. Sometimes drops..I have the same bank, and never have any problems... Connects fast, with no other problems....... Only difference is we live in other locations.......... City (me) and county...... Thanks rolleyes:

Is he connected the same way as you (DSL, Cable, Dialup) and through the same ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
