Just to say hello to everyone.
I'm having some issues with the new AVG 8.0 and thought I would join and see if i can find some answers.
I have had a pc for 10 years and run 2 web sites. I run one for my church, and one on a medical issue, Atrial fibrillation I had until 1998.
I had never touched a computer until I bought my first one. So be patient with the old fellow.

Hi Jack and welcome to the forums. I would say 10 years experience does put you in the "old timers" category. I hope the young one's around here will take into account our respective dotage.

Other members have also had problems with AVG 8.0. Here are a few examples:No problem with 'be patient with the old fellow'. The are a number of us around here. Welcome to the club! ;) :)
