USB Sound card

I installed a USB sound card and connected my PC to my home theater system through it. When I removed the USB sound card and plugged the connection direct to the PC integrated sound card, no sound goes out. It appears to me that the USB card has disabled the out connection. What I do?

If you did this recently, you might try System Restore to restore your settings back to before you installed the USB sound card.

You could check the sound properties menu in control panel it may be that its still trying to output through the none existant USB device and just need changing back.
