Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

Hello All,
I will be changing from Office 2000 to Office 2003 soon. I want to make sure I save all of my emails and folders under my Inbox and also my Contacts. I would appreciate a detailed explanation how to save that file (pst) and then bring it into Outlook 2003.
