JS/Psyrne - Can I just delete?

I have AVG Free and it detected a virus located here:

C;\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\TemporaryInternetFiles\Low\ContentIE5\ZYC9L2BO\index[1].htm

It was unable to "heal" it, so its in my virus vault. Can I just go into my C-drive and delete it or will it harm other parts of my program?

Just delete it. It was in the temp internet folder which would be flushed at some point anyway. I'd do an online scan just to be sure that you got all parts of it and it didn't leave or drop any other malware on the computer.
