What happens when you right click on the bin?
What happens when you try to access it in Windows Explorer?
Are you using any Norton Security apps?
Check the Registry for this key:
HK_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket\NukeOnDelete
If it is there, set its value to 0 and reboot the PC.
When I right click I only have the option to cut, paste, create shortcut and Delete...Quote:

I was using System Works 2003 but uninstalled it and now use AVG free antivirus...
The NukeOnDelete is not there... :confused:Quote:

Go to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and download 'Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin' on line 64 (right hand side)
Doubleclick to run it.
