Corsair: Good customer support
I just got off the phone with Corsair's customer-service department. I had to RMA some DDR PC3500 low-latency RAM the week before last that I bought for the family-room computer I built; it lasted a few months then tested bad - all four 512MB sticks.:o
Not having heard back from them, I called and found out that item was no longer available. The CSR, a young guy named Joseph, offered to replace it with four 1024MB, DDR PC3200 (CAS 2) sticks which I thought was more than a fair deal. (He didn't offer any explanation on the PC3500, but I'd bet Corsair had a lot of problems with it and stopped making it.)
Anyhow - Joseph, if you happen to see this post here's a big "thanks" in your direction!
