Windows will not shut down when I use the turn off, It will go so fare freeze up and then just hang without closing... The only way I can get it to turn off is by pushing the power button on the computer case... This is very annoying... :confused:

As shutdown problems can be caused by many things, have a look through those, and see if anything more specific could be causing it.

Nothing has helped so far. I can not reboot either without using the computer button...
