[RESOLVED] dll question which makes no sense to me??

I hope you guys will allow me to ask a question on behalf of my son.
He's got Sony Vaio Laptop running XP Home.
Recently everytime he starts his laptop below message appears. His laptop has started to run slow and often having high CPU usage.
Any advice is more than appreciated.

"the system dll user 32. dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly. the relocation occured because the dll c:/windows/system32 hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows system dlls. the vendor supplying nthe dll should be contacted for a new dll"

Install this update to resolve an issue where the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start after you install security update KB925902 (MS07-017) and security update KB928843 (MS07-008).

Thank you for your advice Train. He has installed the said Patches but still the same message poping up when the laptop boots up.:confused:
Any other suggestions please?

Have him try the patch again. It has worked for dozens of other people.
