I"m looking for a product like Webex that will allow my clients to logon to a website and I can remote control their PC's. Anything out there that is cheap?
I've used VNC and other products, but don't want to have to mess with port forwarding if they are behind routers...

Best of all...it's free! It's an invaluable resource for me as a contractor working on client site. I can access my files and email at the home office.
