online banking access weirdness

Yea...it's weird. On my main computer, when I try to log onto my bank I get a Javascript error: access denied. But when I use the other computer I can log on with no problems.

I think that this is a Java problem. I have the latest Java: Java2SE runtime environment 5.0 update 11. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling Java...same problem. I tried deleting the bank page & starting with a fresh link...still no access. Also., the Java icon keeps disappearing....it starts in the system tray and very soon just disappears. I checked in add/remove and Java is there..all 120Mb's...the Java site verifies that it is installed.

But on the other computer the Java icon is on Desktop...same version...and I do not have any problem accessing the bank site.

What's going on with the Java icon...is this a symptom of whatever problem I'm having? Weird...:confused:

Well, here is something interesting. I have Firefox & Opera ( I can't decide which I like better....keeping both for now), and I can access the bank site with either of them but not with IE6.

I don't have a clue....but as long as I can access the bank site thru FF or Opera, I won't worry about it...but it would be nice to know what the problem/conflict is....probably something to do with having the other browsers....the other computer just has IE6.
