Problem with World of Warcraft

Hey guys, first post here. I am at work atm so I dont have access to the specific specs of my home pc but I will do my best to anwer any questions u have. Currently I am using a HP AMD Athlon 64 1.8 gig, 1.5 gigs of pc2100 ram. 80 gig hard drive, ATI Radeo 9600XT, and an 500 advent power supply. Those are just the basics.

My computer works perfectly when doing anything except when playing World of Warcraft. For some reason, while I am playing the game just randomly restarts. Sometimes after an hr, sometimes 1/2 hr, and sometimes 2 minutes. There are also times when the screen just goes black and the computer doesn't restart but it does freeze.

So far, I have tried using different ram, a different video card, replaced my old power supply, disabled sound, reformated, reinstalled the game, updated every driver possible. So please tell me. What else can I do to fix this annoying as hell problem?

Well if you have tried changing the card, you can rule out over heating from dust, is there good air flow.

Try lowering the graphics settings in the game.

This may or may not be the solution to your problem.
Following these steps will solve most typical problems.
Crashing, long boot times, slow or non responsive.
You should follow all of these steps before trying any other quick fixes.
This is for Windows XP but the same tools are in other Windows versions with the exception of NT which does not have a defragmenter.
Run disk cleanup.
(1) Start button, all programs, accessories, system tools, (disk cleanup).
Select the C: drive.
Check all of the boxes except for the (compress old files).
The number one thing that computer users don’t do that keeps a computer running at top speed is defragment.
You should be defragmenting once or twice each week and after any installations.
You can find the defragmenter two ways.
(2) Start button, all programs, accessories, system tools, (defragmenter).
Or open my computer, right click on the C: drive, select properties, on the tools tab, under defragmenting (defragment now).
The next thing that computer users don’t do to fix problems is run error checking
(3) Open my computer, right click on the C: drive, select properties, on the tools tab, under error checking (check now).
Check the boxes to (fix file system errors), & (recover bad sectors), select (start).
You should run error checking once a month.
Visit windows update and download the latest patches and fixes.
(4) Start button, all programs, (windows update).
If you are still having problems you should check your drivers.
(5) The INF drivers are the most important and should be installed before all others.
Visit the web site of the manufacturer of your mother board and check for a newer version. If you are un sure download the latest version and install it. If is the same version that you have the installer will tell you. If you are having problems select install anyway.
You should also check for new video card drivers.
