[RESOLVED] Error Message in Outlook

We keep getting this error message each time we open outlook

X The add-in C:Windows/System32/AVDXCH32.dll could not be installed or laoded. This probelm may be resolved by using detect and repair in the help menu.

It cannot be resolved by using help, we have tried. We used to use the AVG free AV program, but an upgrade last year caused our system to freeze and it was never resolved, so we uninstalled the AVG program and started using Antivir. We have had no problems with it at all. We were using Office 2000 up until last week and we upgraded to Office 2003. We got the same message in 2000 and we only get it when we open Outlook.

I have searched for this Add-in and it cannot be located. How can I stop this or delete it? We run WIN-XP, DSL, Office 2003.
