A folder Creator Program. Is There Such ?

I was wondering if there is a program that will take a list of music artists (MP3 format) and automatically create a folder of each. When playing certain mp3 players with a two line text display, one line shows the artist & part of the title. The other line shows the folder which would be shown as the "root directory". By putting the artist in that folder, then that would free up more character space on the second line, which would in turn, show more of the title. Perhaps, in most cases, the complete title.
Creating such a folder is easy enough to do manually (one at a time) , but I would like to take a list of a 100 or so different artists & be able slap them individually into a separate folder in a single simple operation. Wishfull thinking ??
