Cable TV signal over ethernet?

I have a location where there are two buildings. One was built first, and all of the phone and cable connections went to it. When the second was built, and underground conduit was installed, with 3 pairs of fiber optic cable and one 25 pair phone cable. There was no cable TV coax installed between the two buildings however. What I would like to do is extend the cable TV signal from one building to the other. The buildings are less than 300 feet apart. Any ideas as to the best method of doing this, and links for any hardware solutions, would be appreciated.

If it is buried in conduit, run a snake and pull something like RG59.
May need a TV signal booster though.

I thought about pulling another cable through, but that has never worked in the past anywhere I've tried it. The bends on this conduit run are very sharp, and the likelihood of getting a snake through them isn't good. I'd prefer to use either ethernet or one of the existing fiber optic pairs, assuming that the one of the two pairs not currently in use actually works.

You should be able to find a Optical transmitter and Optical receiver that will allow you to use the existing fiber optic pairs.

I know about that not future proofing conduit. UGH!

So far, I have found one company that has equipment for this, but it is pricey - $800 for the transmitter, and $900 for the receiver.

A video over ethernet solution might be less expensive.

This won't provide a best quality solution, but it will work until I can get a cable or fiber optic solution worked out.
