gep--I have understood the emails he received do not have the photo attachments attached, correct? Or are they attached but he cannot see or open them? What file extension are the attachments?
Look at your setting OE Tools|Options|Send tabHTML Settings. Is "Send pictures with messages" checked? it should be.
If your Uncle gets the attachments, but cannot open them, at his end he should look at the Read Tab and be sure "Read all messages in plain text" is not checked. And on the Security tab|is "Do not allow attachments to be saved..." checked?
Also some attachments are better Saved and then opened rather than trying to open from the email itself. I am sure your Attachments are safe, but some are not. Saving allows an attachment to be scanned with AntiVirus before opening.
Hello Welshjim, The Photos Are attached One at a time, sent 4 emails. He has AOL Says he cannot see any Attachments, been along time since i had AOL, so don't know how they are accessed from an email (do you or anyone know how?) He either cannot find out how to, or, AOL block Photo emails in Jpeg. Send them ordinary through Outlook Express, and in winzip.
Don't think in AOL this applies or is there away in AOL to allow Attachments?

I know about the Anti-virus thing, trouble is, he has No AV at all, just getting him to download AVG free. Just got him to download, Ad-aware, Zonealarm, and Ccleaner, so at least a start, download AVG tomorrow i hope?
My other family members who are not on AOL seem ok, so looks like an AOL problem.
Thanks Welshjim for your reply, hope this can be sorted.
